      * If products sold, then products must be held in U.S. and shipped from U.S.

        Upfront Deposit: 40% of monthly processing limit (minimum  monthly process limit=$10,000)
        Rolling Reserve: 5% over 6 month  or 12 month basis. 
        e.g.  Rolling Reserve: 5% over 6 month basis = 5% added to transaction rate and applied against 
        actual sales for the life of the account.  At 7th month, the 1st month's reserve is returned to merchant. 
        At 8th month, the 2nd month's reserve is returned.  At 9th mo., the 3rd month's reserve is returned etc.

        $100 App Fee if purchasing softw. or hardw. or real time processing from Del West upon account approval.
        $200 App Fee if not purchasing softw. or hardw. or real time processing from Del West.

    Keep a copy of completed application for future reference.

    Most businesses App Fee $100, TR 2.8%, no reserve requirement, and no upfront deposit.
    Exceptions:
    Travel, Subscriptions, Seminar, MLM, Prepaid Services, Memberships, Entertainment, 
            and Adult excluding Audiotext: TR 3.8% + Reserve (5% x 6 months).
    Audiotext: App Fee $175, TR 4.4% + Reserve (5% x 6-12 months) 
            + Min. Mo. Trans. Fee $100 + High Risk Reg. Fee $500.
    Audiotext defined: Adult sexually related entertainment, interactive communication, video, or images.

    Non U.S. Merchants: add 0.50% to TR, + 5% Reserve (5% x 6-12 months) 
            + Upfront Deposit: 40% of monthly processing limit (minimum  monthly process limit=$10,000)
